The EcoHome is our sustainable custom home. It provides ample space within a small footprint, which makes it ideal as a rental property, a comfortable in-law suite or a cozy cottage retreat.
Six phases: permits and preparation, structure and foundation and framing, electrical and roofing and plumbing and siding, drywall and trim and paint and flooring, finishes and cabinets and countertops, then delivery and your walk through. Each phase is costed up front so you know where the budget goes.
Yes. Permitting and initial preparation is the first phase of every build, before any ground is broken. We work with your local building authority, whether that is the City of West Kelowna, City of Kelowna, District of Lake Country, District of Peachland or District of Summerland, and build to the BC Building Code.
Yes. Alongside our custom homes we handle deck builds, repairs and upgrades, and we will help you choose the right materials for your space.
