Custom Deck Work

New builds, repairs and upgrades. A deck should look like it belongs to the house it attaches to, and it should survive Okanagan summers and winters without going grey and splintery in three years. We will tell you straight which material is worth the money for your exposure and how you plan to use the space.

How We Build

Six phases, costed up front

Every custom home runs through the same six phases. You get the budget split before we start, so you always know which stage the money is going into.

Permit Process & Preparation

Permitting and initial preparations to begin the project. About 10 percent of the build budget.

Structure, Foundation & Framing

Foundation work and building the structural frame of the home. About 30 percent of the build budget.

Electrical, Roofing, Plumbing & Siding

Installing essential utilities and completing the exterior. About 30 percent of the build budget.

Drywall, Trim, Paint & Flooring

Interior finishing, including walls, trim work, painting and flooring. About 20 percent of the build budget.

Finishes, Cabinets & Countertops

Final touches including cabinets, countertops and other finishings. About 10 percent of the build budget.

6

Delivery & Walk Through

Final customer walk through and a review of home maintenance.
